Private Tutoring

I am available for private tutoring sessions in the following subjects:  

• basic arithmetic
• pre-algebra
• algebra
• geometry
• algebra 2
• calculus

If you are contacting me for the first time on or after July 1st 2011, my rates have changed. My current rates are now $50 for one hour, or $80 for two consecutive hours. You may use the 2-hour rate for back-to-back sibling appointments, or if two students are in the same class, you can split the fee for a joint tutoring session. I am currently offering a promotion for regularly scheduled sessions: book 5 or more weekly sessions for $40 per 1-hour session. I am also a vendor for the Ocean Grove and Connecting Waters charter schools, so if you are a member you should contact your education specialist to set up a purchase order. 

I prefer to use my home as a quiet and comfortable meeting place. However, if the student would rather meet at their own home or somewhere closer to their own neighborhood, I am willing to drive the additional distance at a rate of $1.00 per mile.
